Whether it&#039;s open source ECM, SharePoint ECM or a truly traditional &quot;Vendor Stack&quot; solution, only 20% of your investment is going to be software while the balance will be professional services, maintenance, training, etc..

I think you nailed it, the right solution has very little to do with whether or not the product is open source vs. proprietary but has everything to do with whether the solution meets a customer&#039;s requirements.</description>
